FET is a procedure in which previously frozen embryos from an IVF Treatment cycle are thawed and transferred to the uterus. It eliminates the need for a new ovarian stimulation or egg retrieval and is commonly used when fresh embryo transfer is not possible or when patients plan a pregnancy at a later time.
